I feel so happy that the Blessed Virgin Mother is appearing in Malaysia. We are praying for a sign and message. Mother Mary is beyond earthly beauty. I feel Her message and sign, and She is warning us to pray and repent, and giving us courage, also.
Many others, Hindus, Chinese, Muslims, are also coming to see the image. All of them are very touched and say it is a miracle. They believe too that it is Mother Mary. The Muslims are praying too and are asking us to pray for them, they too have mariam in Chapter 19 of Quran.
Some background to potential trouble in MalaysiaThe country is headed for what commentators are predicting will be an explosive general election early next year. The sitting Prime Minister and his wife are linked to a scandal involving the murder of a young Mongolian woman, who was killed and the blown up by C4 explosives by his bodyguards, and has been subpoenaed to appear before French probing a corruption case in the purchase of submarines from France.
Ahead of the elections also, the opposition, led by a largely Islamist party, is gaining ground and are likely to topple the government for the first time in 57 years. In short, Malaysia is a tinderbox that could turn ugly in the next few months.
