The report says the apostolic letter was a
motu proprio issued in September, and to prove that the Pope is serious about this, he moved CDW's other duties (i.e., those concerning ratified and non-consummated marriage and the nullity of sacred ordination) to the Roman Rota. It seems to me that the Pope is an old man in a hurry wanting to put the liturgical household in order before leaving for his reward. I hope we all continue to pray for him.
