Just wondering. And wondering why we DON'T do it in my parish. Okay, I don't expect it in Latin, but it would be so lovely if we could pray it even in English.
Although they do it in Latin at Easter.

So what is the deal with the Litany of the Saints? Why does a priest do it or not do it? Where would it have been in the Mass today? I don't think I see in my Magnificat where it would have been.

My wife said they did last night at the 5:30 p.m. Vigil Mass and they probably will at tonight's 7:00 p.m. Mass but not this morning at 6:30 a.m. Mass.

Poor Father McDonald probably didn't get much sleep last night. It's tough being the sole priest in a 700-family parish!

I will consider your position if stated with firm, well-thought-out, quiet reasoning. Hateful diatribe, ad hominem attacks and shouted rhetoric don't impress.
