I have my sister in law in London with 3 young children.I am enjoying a carefree life in India -dont know what she is going thro. How do I pray for her.My mother too sacrificed a great deal for us in a far away land-Kenya- but now that is all forgotten

Simon, I don't know for certain, but it sounds to me that your sister in law and her children are included in Pope Benedict's request as well as your mother.
