Jim,

Well, he must've chomped and chewed because the man needed stitches (number unspecified).

Dexter is a German Shepherd. I know this because on a tv news broadcast a shot of a German Shepherd was shown as it was explained that the photo was not of Dexter himself, but was being shown so we'd know what a German Shepherd looks like (?!!) (Must be a Gen-Y thing.)
