Buy one of those "fancy" wine bottle stoppers at the liquor store and use it in place of the shredded one, I've also seen some plastic, reusable stoppers in various kitchen ware stores.

Your fridge does display an interesting and eclectic selection of beverage choices. Beer, wine, milk and an unnatural amount of orange juice for one person.
