Pope Benedict XVI on Monday delivered a video message to the faithful in Cambodia, who are holding a special congress to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Vatican II and the 20th anniversary of the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Before concluding his message with the customary Apostolic Blessing, Pope Benedict prayed that the Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Mekong, would enlighten the people throughout the Year of Faith.
