Wisam,

If you are asking if there is a westernized Orthodox Church or a Western Rite within Orthodoxy, the answer is yes. There is a Western Rite within the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America (the
Antiochian Orthodox Church). You can read more about it at the Antiochian Archdiocese's website.

Many years,

Neil

Neil,
That was not exactly my question, i am a syriac catholic from the Antiochean rite my self, and i know that they are in north america. But what i am seeing is that Greece is to be the home of orthodoxy and rome the home catholism, but there are greek catholics nowadays as we all know, but my question is , are there any orthodox churches that did split from the Latin rite ?

Wisam,
the idea is very odd, given the history of the great schism and one of the main reasons why the Orthodox are just that: The pope. Why would any Roman catholics break with the Pope, their patriarch - and who would they substitute for him? I am not saying it isn't possible, but it would be very strange.
Kindly,

Wisam,

Just as an aside, the Antiochian Orthodox are of the Byzantine not the Antiochene Rite, subject to the Antiochian (Greek) Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch - I wasn't speaking of the Syriac (Antiochene) Orthodox.

As to your original question, the closest thing to what you describe would be the Old Catholic Church of the Utrecht Communion (or Confession), which had its origins in an 18th century break with Rome by some hierarchy in Holland, but didn't develop fully until the aftermath of Vatican I. If you want to read more about it, I'll provide you with some links.

Many years,

Neil
