KB,
They are indeed awesome and it's nice to hear a guy treat his wife the way she ought to be treated.
Now then, I'm sure your wife appreciates everything you do for her, but as I was reading your post I was reminded of a joke:
A man's wife leaves the house on Saturday morning to do some errands. On the spur of the moment, the man decides that he is going to give his wife a break from all her household duties, and he sets about cleaning. First he vacuums the entire house, then scrubs the bathrooms until they glisten, waxes the kitchen floor to a mirror shine, then does two loads of laundry, folds the clothes and puts them away neatly.
When he is finished, the house looks beautiful. He can't wait for his wife to come home, see the incredible job he's done, and lavish praise upon him. 'She may even make me my favorite dinner,' he muses.
But when his wife arrives home she doesn't mention the clean house. The man is stunned. Hour after hour go by and still the wife says nothing. Finally the man can't take it anymore. He marches into the kitchen where his wife is sipping tea and says, "I can't believe this. While you were gone I vacuumed the house, cleaned the bathrooms, waxed the kitchen floor and did all of the laundry. And yet you haven't so much as mentioned it!"
Putting down her cup, the wife says, "It's a thankless job, isn't it?"
